The information is collected by PIERRE ET VACANCES - CENTER PARCS Group directly from you in order to respond to your request. Satisfaction surveys may be set up at a later stage. This information is intended exclusively for the entities of the PIERRE ET VACANCES - CENTER PARCS Group concerned by the request, and its possible subcontractors. The data will be kept for the duration of the investigation of your file and then archived for one year. Under no circumstances will the information transmitted in the context of your request be used for the purpose of prospecting or additional collection of information concerning you.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, carry and oppose your data, which you can exercise on your customer area or via the contact form. A copy of an identity document may be requested.
